CI International is a training and professional development firm that offers consulting, workshops, and coaching solutions to fuel exceptional performance throughout organizations. Our work is focused on creating sustainable change in individuals, teams, and entire organizations, primarily in the government workplace. To address the challenges of tightening budgets, we offer the majority of our services in multiple formats from anytime, interactive on-line modules to live webinars to hybrid offerings which include a combination of virtual and in-person learning.  Highly relevant, interactive learning is our signature and we've incorporated this principle into all formats.

Working with the Federal Government is our specialty and we have been privileged to serve individuals and teams at all levels, reaching far and wide throughout the departments, agencies, offices, and organizations within the Federal system. We've also had the opportunity to work in the private sector, serving such organizations and institutions as Verizon, Sun Microsystems, Texas A&M, and Colorado State University.
