CI International and Booz Allen Awarded GSA Reorganization Contract


Littleton, CO - December 2005 - CI International Inc. and Booz Allen Hamilton Ltd. successfully teamed to win award of the General Services Administration RFQ for reorganization implementation planning. The one year Blanket Purchase Agreement award is designed to assist GSA in developing implementation plans for the organizational design of the new Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) that was announced in July, 2005.

The FAS organization resulted from the combination of the Federal Technology Service and the Federal Supply Service and will encompass approximately 6,000 associates. CI International President, Jon Hassinger, commented “this teaming agreement gives us the opportunity to integrate our extensive knowledge of GSA and our expertise in assisting leaders in organizational change initiatives, with Booz Allen’s deep commercial and Federal consulting experience in designing and implementing large-scale organizational transformation.”
