CI International Assessment Tool Integral Element in Human Capital Asset Management Initiative

Littleton, CO – March 2005 – CI International, one of the preeminent training and consulting firms, is using the Cognisco methodology to assist GSA’s Public Building Service in achieving its Human Capital Asset Management (HCAM) goals. Over 1,000 PBS realty associates across the nation will be taking eight web-based assessment modules during the month of March. The assessment results will be utilized to more efficiently and effectively deliver PBS’s services, and enhance customer service.

CI International and Cognisco developed the unique modules in partnership with PBS subject matter experts. Through the modules, PBS regions will have a clear picture of the level of understanding and misunderstanding, and level of confidence in applying that understanding in critical job elements. This will allow each Region to take well-informed, strategic steps in implementing the President’s Management Agenda.

“We are pleased to provide this unique approach to the Public Buildings Service in support of their efforts to provide increasingly enhanced levels of customer service,” said CI President, Jon Hassinger. “The Cognisco assessment methodology provides a wealth of information to both individuals and organizations that can be used to dramatically improve individual performance plans, guide training and development efforts, and draft sound human capital strategies for the organization. “
