CI International Awarded Second Assessment Contract for PBS

Littleton, CO - October 26, 2005 - CI International announced today the award of a second contract to provide national assessment services for the Public Building Service (PBS) of the General Services Administration. Approximately 2,500 PBS associates in the operations administration function will be assessed using an innovative, online system, patented by teaming partner Cognisco, Ltd. The assessment will determine the level of general competencies necessary to perform various roles and functions.

The CI team previously assessed over a 1,000 PBS associates in the realty function earlier in 2005. “It is a privilege to have been selected by PBS for this important project” said Jon Hassinger, President of CI International. “This assessment will provide critical data indicating areas of strength as well as growth opportunities within PBS’s current human capital structure in an effort to reduce risk, reduce cost and optimize organizational performance.”

The technical approach and experience in delivering assessment solutions offered by CI International and Cognisco was chosen by GSA through a highly competitive Federal acquisition process. Mary Clarke, President and CEO of Cognisco Limited said “I am delighted that GSA will continue to use the Cognisco Milestone 400™ system as an integral component of their workforce development and to further understand core competencies. Our unique approach provides a ‘best practice’ assessment solution which delivers organizational effectiveness and enables employees to fulfill their true potential”.
