CI International Selected for Major Professional and Technical Services Contract

Washington, DC - October, 20 2006 - Leading international, organizational and individual development company, CI International, has been selected as a subcontractor of training services for a large task order from the US Army G-1 for Civilian Personnel. Booz Allen Hamilton is the prime contractor on the award which was made through the HR Solu-tions contract. CI International is joined by Watson Wyatt, a global consulting firm focused on human capital and financial management on the task order.

Under the terms of the task order, CI International will deliver training in twenty-eight locations on a world-wide basis. The training is in support of the implementation of the National Security Personnel System (NSPS) which is a pay for performance system that links individual pay to performance, individual performance to strategic mission objectives, and provides an equitable method for appraising and compensating employees. CI International will deliver workshops that focus on helping civilian managers improve their ability to develop performance objectives tailored to their organization’s specific mission objectives.

"Our extensive experience over the past thirty-five years in delivering high- quality, interactive training is a good match for an important contract like this," said Jon Hassinger, President of CI International. "This is an exciting opportunity for us. Our expertise in designing and delivering performance management training complements well Booz Allen’s and Watson Wyatt’s core management consulting practices.”
