Washington, DC (January, 2012) CI International was recently awarded a contract from USDA Forest Service to develop training, facilitation, consulting and coaching services for their agency’s Cultural Transformation initiative. Cultural Transformation is a USDA organizational initiative designed to create an employee-friendly workplace where employees experience equity of opportunity for success. This effort has the potential to significantly enhance employee engagement through increased inclusiveness.
