CI to Provide Intergenerational Communication Training at FLETC
Washington, DC (October, 2011) CI International is pleased to announce a contract award from the U.S. Department of Treasury, Treasury Executive Institute’s Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) to provide intergenerational
communication skills training. “For the first time in history, we now have four generations of employees in the workplace.” said Elle Page, Director of the Executive Coaching Practice for CI International. “Understanding how each generation’s values manifest in workplace behaviors—such as communicating, managing others, getting work done and trying to move ahead—can enhance engagement and improve productivity.”
