Press Release 2-4-12

Washington, DC (February, 2012)

CI International is pleased to announce a contract award from the Environmental Protection Agency, (EPA) to develop a training program for their agency’s Culture Change initiative. EPA’s Culture Change Initiative is designed to create a culture change within the regions that will serve as a framework to implement telework, provide managers with tools they will need to support employees, and give employees information on how this will impact them and their work. “It’s not uncommon for managers and employees to share reluctance to the concept of telework and how it will impact the way they conduct their business.” said Kathleen Barba, Senior Consultant for CI International. “Navigating the unknown and defining performance based expectations through training allows everyone an opportunity to be successful. Communication and collaboration can improve in a virtual environment and studies indicate a potential significant increase in productivity.”
