360º Assessment

CI has partnered with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to administer and interpret 360 degree assessments. 360-degree feedback is a method of systematically collecting opinions about a manager's performance from a wide range of co-workers. This could include peers, direct reports, the boss, the boss's peers — along with people outside the organization, such as customers. The benefits of collecting data of this kind are that the person gets to see a panorama of perceptions rather than just self-perception, which affords a more complete picture. CCL 360-degree instruments provide a consistent reporting format to help organizations create a common leadership language and consistent feedback process at multiple levels throughout the organization.CI International’s 360º Assessment provides insight into other people’s perceptions of you and serves as both a catalyst and a map for change. This targeted, confidential, personal assessment is a valuable starting point for growth, providing feedback from multiple perspectives: bosses, peers, direct reports and others.  

For many individuals, especially those in a leadership role, the 360º Assessment can be a powerful tool. Not only does it shed light on your strengths and those areas where you need to improve, it increases your awareness of the impact you have on those around you.

360º Assessments are conducted through web-based surveys. Results are provided by group (without individual attribution except by your boss) and reviewed one-on-one with you by a CI Coach. A clear plan as to where and how you choose to focus your efforts is developed during the included 2-hour coaching session.
