Position Title: Trainer/Facilitator/Consultant

The Trainer/Facilitator/Consultant delivers training and consulting services to assigned client groups. Training experience in a government atmosphere along with a proven track record is a plus. Washington, DC metropolitan area location is also a plus.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of training methodologies and techniques, as well as adult learning principles and practices.
• Highly experienced in facilitating/delivering experiential training programs in a high performance environment.
• Demonstrate ability to work with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
• Track record of delivering measurable results in a training environment.
• Excellent coaching and relationship building skills. Customer focused; proven experience in building customer relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
