This customized off-site provides an opportunity for a
team to come together to redefine who they are and set
a higher standard for how they choose to be. It is specifically
designed to create an environment where issues can be
safely raised and solutions collectively reached. There
is a heavy emphasis on the two-way process of teamwork
– bringing your best to the team and the commitment
to bring out and support the best in each other.
This workshop will challenge your team to use lessons
learned from previous experience to move ahead and determine
what needs to be let go of from the past in order to do
so. It will bring your team together to operate from an
identified set of core values while clarifying roles,
responsibilities and job dependencies. Once in this mindset,
it becomes easier to make daily decisions and align with
strategic direction.
Follow-up off-sites build on the preceding ones, helping
the team move to a significantly more successful place
in a short period of time.
