The role of the leader is not to help the organization
maintain status quo. Rather, it is to help the organization
see what the future may hold and be as prepared as possible
to meet that future. Effective leaders know that they
must provide their team members with the tools to be
successful in addressing and dealing with change. In
this workshop, participants will examine and understand
various change models to help them cope with and lead
change. In addition, participants will also learn how
to help those they lead be successful in turbulent times.
They will learn how to build support for change in a
way that is meaningful and lasting. They will also learn
how to turn resistance to change into a powerful force
to better serve the organization.
This workshop allows participants to:
- Determine the key issues facing their organization
in the next 5-10 years
- Learn various change models and how to apply them
in the workplace
- Gain an increased understanding of how to build
support for change
