Courageous Decision-Making

Making the right decision is easy when there’s a clear-cut difference between right and wrong. But often the situation isn’t so obvious. Is it right to throw the book at an employee who makes a serious mistake, or do you take that employee out for a constructive talk? Should you stop to help a stranded motorist even if it means you could miss an important meeting and jeopardize approval on a new project?

An Ethical Foundation for Sound Decision-Making

This eye-opening workshop, presented in collaboration with the Institute for Global Ethics, deals with ethical issues in a practical, useful manner, providing insight into how we make better, values-based decisions.

Participants will learn ways to resolve real-life situations using practical resolution principles applicable in all areas of their everyday lives. Through reflection, exercises and lively discussion, participants learn the importance of courageous leadership and are provided a set of useful tools to put that learning into action.
