“I’ve picked up tools that will help me in my life, with those I lead, as well as the protégé’s I will mentor. It is so refreshing to have this type of interactive, engaged training.”

Mentor Training
A leader has many responsibilities, and the list seems to be growing. Nonetheless, there are several items which appear on practically every list of leadership responsibilities: creating an environment for success and developing others. Do those who follow us have the skills and talents to be successful? Are they willing and able to serve the organization’s mission and goals? Do they focus on the need to create effective and harmonious relationships necessary for success? Our legacy as leaders will be less determined by what we’ve accomplished, and more determined by what we leave behind.
